March Must Haves
I haven’t posted in awhile due to revamping the site, but I’m back! Did you miss me? Do you like the new site?
Today I want to present to you a list of twenty-three must-haves, some of which:
- I either own and recommend
- I’m currently committing the deadly sin of lust over.
- Trending and highly recommended by fashionistas and beauty gurus everywhere.
Most of these items aren’t priced too crazy and are very affordable. However, some items, such as, the Isabel Marant suede sandals are a bit $$$ pricey. Clearly that’s a lust item. Aren’t they adorable! I love this trend with the tassels on everything.
Huge deals right now! Acrylic makeup organizers, light/ mirror combos, and unique oval makeup brushes. Thanks to the advancements in technology, at-home laser hair removal tools exist and are definitely worth the splurge. The Simplehuman mirror, pictured above, simulates natural light which is always the best light for makeup application and selfies.
What’s up with the oval-shaped brushes? They changed the game and created a new way to apply makeup that no one ever considered. A lot of companies are currently selling their own versions at a fraction of Artis’s( original oval brushes) cost. You know you’re popping when you get copied!
Here’s to the stuff that has JLO still looking like Jenny From The Block (age wise). Creme De La Mer is the mother of all moisturizers. Definelty worth the splurge if Ms. Lopez skin still glows like shes 17.
Anastasia Beverly Hills matte liquid lipsticks have one of the best lipstick formulas available. The Vitamin C serum by Mario Badescu comes highly recommended and is loved by all those that have tried it. Vitamin C is great for getting rid of discoloration, fyi.
Two things: cat eyes and fabulous bags that aren’t under your eyes. Rebecca Minkoff’s is really giving off Chanel vibes. For $295 this is a steal!
The items that I recently purchased and love:
Mac Lipstick- Lady Danger
Lady Danger is not just the perfect way to describe me to any possible enemy, it’s a perfect mix of orange and red. Also looks bomb on brown skin.
NYX Dewy Setting Spray
Dewy means soft and lustrous. Sometimes I want a matte look and other times I like when my makeup still has a bit of glow. So I tried out the NYX dewy finishing spray and it does the job well.
Burt Bee’s Lip Balm
Matte is in and everyone wants the look. Problem is a lot of matte lipsticks will leave you looking more dehydrated than anything else. A great lip balm under your favorite lippie makes a huge difference and combats that dry lip look.
Almay Eye Makeup Remover
Issue #56 with me and makeup. Why is eye makeup so hard to remove? This is the first eye makeup remover I’ve ever purchased, but so far I have zero complaints.
